We deliver events across the UAE and Saudi Arabia with core operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Jeddah, and project delivery in NEOM, AlUla, Diriyah, Sharjah, Dammam and the wider GCC including Doha and Manama.
Yes — permits are one of our 25 core services. We manage DET (Dubai) event permits, GEA licensing in Saudi Arabia, municipality NOCs and civil defense approvals as part of every project, and as a standalone service for organizers who only need the paperwork cleared.
Every ORO project runs bilingual by default: Arabic and English creative, signage, presenters, MCs and guest-facing staff. For government and protocol events we deliver fully Arabic-first productions.
Conferences and gala dinners: 8–12 weeks. Exhibition stands: 6–10 weeks before the show. Large festivals, pavilions and Expo 2030 Riyadh projects: 6 months or more. Tight deadline? Call us anyway — compressed timelines are a specialty, not a surcharge surprise.
