Audio visual & technical production in Dubai & Saudi Arabia

LED walls, line-array sound, lighting, rigging and show control — designed to the room, operated on timecode, and engineered so no single failure can reach the stage.

Read-in The brief, decoded

Rental yards supply gear. We supply certainty.

Anyone can deliver a screen. The difference on show day is whether someone mapped the pixels, timed the delays, load-tested the distro and built a second path for the moment the first one fails. AV is not a pile of equipment — it’s a system with your reputation running through it.

We design and operate the full technical stack for conferences, launches, galas, concerts and exhibitions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia — and we do it quietly for other agencies too. LED and processing, concert-grade audio, intelligent lighting, certified rigging, cameras and show control on one clock, with bilingual operators who read a run sheet like a score.

Scope What we deliver

Everything on one scope sheet

01

System design & plots

CAD plots, signal diagrams and power calcs issued before a single case ships — approved, not improvised.

02

LED walls & processing

Indoor and outdoor LED at the right pixel pitch, mapped, color-matched and backed by spare panels on site.

03

Concert-grade audio

Line-array and distributed systems designed to the space: coverage predicted, delays timed, speech and music both served.

04

Lighting design & operation

Intelligent rigs plotted to the creative — key light for cameras, drama for the room, cues on the clock.

05

Rigging & motors

Certified rigging with load calcs and method statements — signed by our in-house HSE division.

06

Show control & networks

Timecode, media servers, NDI video networks and comms — one synchronized nervous system.

07

Cameras & IMAG

Multi-cam packages, vision mixing and relay screens that flatter speakers and survive scrutiny.

08

Power & distribution

Clean, metered, redundant power — generators, distro and cable runs that pass inspection first time.

09

Redundancy engineering

Backup playback, dual signal paths, UPS on critical racks — failure rehearsed so it’s never witnessed.

10

Crew & operators

Bilingual engineers and operators who arrive briefed, dressed and early — for our shows and for yours.

Run sheet How it runs

Spec to signal

T–30

Design

Site visit, plots, signal and power design issued and approved.

T–14

Prep

Equipment pulled, tested and labeled; spares allocated; crew booked.

T–2

Install

Load-in, rig, tune and pixel-map; venue sign-offs completed.

T–1

Rehearse

Full technical rehearsal on timecode; failover drills run.

T–0

Operate

Show called, mixed and switched — invisibly, which is the point.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every rig

What does LED screen rental cost in Dubai?+
As working brackets: quality indoor LED typically runs AED 300–600 per square metre per event day installed, driven by pixel pitch, rigging complexity and duration; outdoor and high-brightness panels sit higher. Multi-day events price materially better per day. We quote from a plot, not a rate card.
Are you a rental company or a production partner?+
A production partner that happens to hold deep equipment access. The difference: we design the system, take responsibility for the outcome, and staff it with operators — rather than dropping flight cases at your dock and wishing you luck.
What does a corporate event AV package cost?+
A 200-guest conference package — screen or LED, sound, lighting, operator crew — typically lands AED 35–90k; a 500-guest production with IMAG and show control AED 90–200k. Scope drives it; the quote is line-item and fixed.
Do you work white-label for other agencies?+
Yes — quietly and often. Your client sees your brand; we deliver the technical outcome, join your production meetings, and never contact your client directly. Ask for our agency terms.
How do you prevent technical failures mid-show?+
By assuming they’ll happen: dual playback, redundant signal paths, UPS on critical racks, spare panels and mics on site, and a failover drill in every rehearsal. The audience should never learn which path they watched.
Can you deliver in Saudi Arabia?+
Yes — Riyadh and Jeddah with KSA crew partners, GEA-compliant documentation and freight planned around real customs timelines. One technical office runs both countries, so your show file doesn’t change at the border.
Our venue has in-house AV. Why bring you?+
Sometimes don’t — for a simple boardroom meeting, house kit is fine, and we’ll say so. Bring us when the event carries brand or broadcast weight: house systems are built for averages; productions are designed for your specific show.
