Read-in Why now

The winners of 2030 are deciding in 2026.

World Expos reward the early: the nations and brands remembered from Dubai 2020 locked their concepts years out, while latecomers fought for contractors, talent and attention in the same exhausted market quarter. Riyadh 2030 will be bigger, hotter-contested and closer to home — and its winners are holding strategy meetings now.

Running 1 October 2030 to 31 March 2031 on a purpose-built site north of Riyadh near King Khalid International Airport, under the theme “The Era of Change: Together for a Foresighted Tomorrow”, the Expo is projected by its organizers to draw over forty million visits. We exist on both sides of its supply chain — UAE production depth, KSA delivery fluency — which is precisely the combination participation demands.

Q&A Expo 2030, answered straight

Asked on every readiness call

What does a pavilion at Expo 2030 cost?+
Honest ranges from world-expo precedent: corporate pavilions typically start in the low millions of dollars and scale with footprint and content ambition; national pavilions run from several million to nine figures for signature builds. Exhibition-district presence and sponsor activations enter far lower. The readiness call exists to size your realistic bracket.
When do we actually need to start?+
For pavilion-scale participation: strategy in 2026, commitment in 2027, design lock by 2028 — because 2029 is a build year and the regional supply market will be squeezed hard. Smaller formats compress, but every month earlier buys contractor choice and cost control.
How does official participation registration work?+
Nations participate through formal BIE-channel invitation and agreement; corporates, sponsors and suppliers register through the organizer — expo2030riyadh.sa — as programs open. We prepare the strategy, concept and documentation so your registration arrives decision-ready, not exploratory.
Do we need a Saudi entity or local partner?+
Participation and delivery in the Kingdom run through properly structured local arrangements — sponsorships, partnerships or establishment, depending on your format. That structuring is part of what we coordinate; arriving without it is the classic expensive mistake.
Can you actually deliver in Riyadh at Expo scale?+
That’s the design of this company: KSA operations base and GEA fluency, UAE fabrication and production depth, giga-project-grade HSE leadership, and a Dubai–Riyadh corridor we already run as one supply chain. Expo delivery is regional logistics plus mega-event discipline — both are home ground.
What will the Riyadh market look like in 2029–2030?+
Squeezed: hotels, freight, skilled crew and fabrication capacity all under simultaneous demand — Dubai 2020’s pattern, amplified. Early commitments lock capacity at sane prices; late ones pay the panic premium. This is the single most predictable fact about the whole Expo.
What happens to our pavilion after March 2031?+
Legacy is designed at the start or lost at the end: dismantle-and-donate programs, asset redeployment, content afterlives and — for some structures — permanent-use conversion. We build the legacy plan into the concept phase, where it still shapes material and design decisions.
