How fast do you respond to a brief?+
Within one working day, from a senior producer — not an autoresponder. Urgent dates get a same-day call; say so in the message and leave a mobile number.
What should a good brief include?+
The occasion, the audience and rough headcount, the city, the date (or the season), and any budget bracket you're working to. Two honest paragraphs beat a ten-page RFP for a first conversation — the detail comes after we've understood the intent.
Can we talk under NDA?+
Yes — mutual NDAs are routine here, especially for launches, government work and private celebrations. Ask and we'll send ours, or sign yours.
Which languages do you work in?+
