Read-in The brief, decoded

Once. Perfectly.

A wedding is the only production where the client is also the star, the family is the board, and the deadline was set by the stars. There is no version two. We plan with a producer’s discipline and a confidant’s discretion — budgets stewarded, mothers listened to, surprises engineered only where they’re wanted.

We plan and produce destination weddings in Dubai, Arab and South Asian celebrations in their full multi-day glory — mehndi, sangeet, nikah, walima, henna nights — and Western ceremonies from beach vows to ballroom black tie. Palaces, desert estates, yachts and the venues that don’t advertise: scouted, negotiated, transformed.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every celebration

How much does a wedding planner cost in Dubai?+
Planning-only engagements typically start around AED 25–40k or 10–15% of wedding budget; full planning-and-production for luxury weddings generally sits within overall budgets of AED 300k to 2M+, depending on guest count, venue and entertainment. We tier proposals so you choose the involvement level, not just a number.
Do we actually need a wedding planner — what would you do?+
Everything you shouldn’t spend your engagement doing: venue negotiation, vendor contracting, design cohesion, guest logistics, rundown engineering, budget control and on-the-day command — so your family attends the wedding instead of running it. If your venue includes a coordinator, we’ll tell you honestly where they stop and a planner begins.
How far in advance should we book?+
Nine to twelve months for peak season (October–April) and sought-after venues; four to six months is achievable with flexibility on dates. Multi-day South Asian weddings benefit from the longer runway for artist and venue sequencing.
Can you plan multi-day Arab or South Asian weddings?+
Fluently — mehndi, sangeet, baraat, nikah, walima, henna nights and receptions, each with its own energy, dress code logic and rites honored precisely. One production team carries the standard across every night.
We live abroad — can you plan our Dubai wedding remotely?+
Yes; most of our couples do. Structured video milestones, curated venue films, tasting boxes where feasible, and one or two efficient scouting visits — we compress the flying to the moments that matter.
What about weddings in Saudi Arabia?+
We plan Riyadh and Jeddah celebrations with cultural protocol, ladies’-side production teams available, and entertainment curated to family expectations — delivered with the same discretion as everywhere else.
How do you keep a wedding truly private?+
NDA-bound vendors, unpublished venues, decoy logistics where warranted, managed photography and a no-posting policy enforced graciously. Discretion isn’t a service tier here; it’s the default.
