Cue 04 The company
One team.
One run sheet.
ORO Events was built on a simple irritation: regional events assembled from six vendors and a prayer. We put the whole discipline — twenty-five services, two countries, and the safety file — under one accountable name.
Read-in The thesis
Built for the two-market era
The Gulf’s event economy split into two gravitational centers — Dubai’s mature machine and Riyadh’s compounding calendar — and most companies chose one and commute to the other. We built for both from day one: a production HQ in Business Bay, an operations base in Olaya, and a corridor between them that runs like a single supply chain.
The second decision was stranger, and it’s the one competitors can’t copy by hiring: a genuine in-house HSE division — led from major-project safety culture — writing the risk assessments, method statements and crowd plans that decide whether events open. In a region where inspection standards rise every season, safety stopped being a subcontract and became the spine.
Doctrine The run-sheet rules
Five rules we don’t negotiate
Rehearse twice, perfect once
Everything important is drilled with stand-ins before it happens with principals — ceremonies, reveals, failovers, evacuations.
Safety is not a subcontract
The HSE file is authored in this building, from your actual drawings — and it passes because the paper matches the room.
Arabic first in the Kingdom
Scripts drafted in Arabic and mirrored to English — never the reverse. Fluency is delivery, not translation.
Honest brackets, then fixed quotes
Real cost ranges before you commit, line-item quotes after — and a reconciliation your finance team signs without a meeting.
One accountable name
When something needs an owner at 02:00 on build night, it has one — with a phone that answers.
Discretion by default
NDAs honored so strictly our portfolio page explains its own silence. What protects our clients will protect you.
Structure How we’re organised
Desks, not departments
