Concert & live event production in Dubai & Saudi Arabia

Touring-grade staging, sound and show control — delivered with the rider read, the curfew respected, and the barricade designed before the poster drops.

Read-in The brief, decoded

The show is art. The production is engineering.

A live show forgives nothing: the PA either covers the last row or it doesn’t; the changeover either takes eleven minutes or the curfew eats the encore. Promoters and brands don’t need another supplier — they need a production partner who has read the rider before the call.

We produce concerts, brand-funded shows, album launches and live seasons across the UAE and Saudi Arabia — stage and set, flown PA and lighting design, LED and IMAG, show control on timecode, artist advance and hospitality, and the crowd-safe front-of-stage design our in-house HSE division signs before a single ticket sells.

Scope What we deliver

Everything on one scope sheet

01

Artist advance & rider fulfilment

Technical and hospitality riders advanced, negotiated and delivered — engineer-approved, not ‘equivalent’.

02

Stage, set & roof systems

Ground-support and mobile stages, scenic sets, weather-rated roofs — engineered and certified.

03

Concert audio design

Line-array systems designed to the room or the field: coverage mapped, delays timed, mix positions right.

04

Lighting & video

Touring-grade rigs, LED walls and IMAG camera packages — designed, plotted, operated.

05

Show control, timecode & SFX

One clock for lights, video, pyro-partner cues and stings — rehearsed until it’s boring.

06

Power & distribution

Silent generation, redundant distro and cable runs that pass inspection the first time.

07

Barricade, pit & crowd design

Front-of-stage systems and crowd flows engineered with our HSE division — not bolted on.

08

Backstage & hospitality

Dressing rooms, catering, runners and the calm that keeps artists on stage on time.

09

Permits & licensing

DET entertainment permits, GEA approvals, noise and curfew management — filed and tracked.

10

Rehearsals & changeover engineering

Soundcheck schedules, festival changeovers and a stage manager who owns the clock.

Run sheet How it runs

Advance to encore

T–60

Advance

Riders received, venue teched, budget and stage plot locked.

T–30

Design

Audio prediction, lighting plot, LED spec and power plan issued.

T–7

Pre-rig

Steel up, PA flown, systems tuned; crowd barrier plan certified.

T–1

Rehearse

Full production rehearsal on timecode; changeovers drilled.

T–0

Doors

Support, changeover, headline — curfew met, encore included.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every show

What does concert production cost in Dubai?+
Drivers are stage size, PA and lighting scale, LED area and show-control complexity. As working brackets: a club-scale branded show from AED 120–250k in production; a 2,000–5,000-cap outdoor show typically AED 400k–1.2M; arena-scale productions beyond that. Line-item quotes follow the rider and venue.
How much lead time does a live show need?+
Sixty days is comfortable once the artist is booked; thirty is workable in a known venue with standard staging. The long poles are permits, international freight for touring packages, and steel — tell us the date before you announce it.
Do you book artists too?+
Our lane is production, artist advance and show delivery. Booking runs through promoters and agents — we work alongside yours daily, and can introduce reputable booking partners if you’re starting from zero.
How do noise limits and curfews work?+
Every venue and municipality sets dB limits and hard curfews; exceeding them risks fines and future licenses. We design PA coverage to the limit, monitor live, and build set times backwards from curfew so the encore isn’t the casualty.
Can you produce shows in Saudi Arabia?+
Yes — Riyadh and Jeddah, under GEA event approvals, with bilingual crews and logistics built for KSA freight and customs timelines. The Kingdom’s live infrastructure has matured fast; we produce to the same touring standard on both sides of the border.
What happens if weather threatens an outdoor show?+
Wind action plans are built into every outdoor design: monitored thresholds for roofs and LED, defined show-hold and evacuation triggers, and insurance-aligned decision protocols. The call is made by data and a named person — never by hope.
Who signs off crowd safety?+
Our in-house HSE division designs and documents the barricade configuration, pit operations, ingress/egress and medical cover, coordinated with police and civil defense where required. It’s part of the production file, not an external afterthought.
