How much does a product launch event cost in Dubai?+
Typical brackets: an intimate press reveal runs AED 80–150k; a mid-scale launch with custom staging AED 150–400k; automotive and flagship reveals AED 400k–1.5M+. The drivers are venue, reveal mechanic and the media program. You’ll get a fixed, line-item quote after a 30-minute brief — not a rate card.
How much lead time do we need?+
Ninety days is comfortable for a full custom launch. Six weeks is workable in an existing venue with standard staging. Automotive reveals with bespoke builds want four to six months. If your date is closer than that, call us before you assume it can’t be done.
Hotel ballroom or brand space?+
Ballrooms buy convenience — power, F&B, parking — at the cost of sameness. Brand spaces, showrooms and outdoor sites buy memorability at the cost of logistics we then solve. We scout three options with real costs so the choice is yours on evidence, not instinct.
Can you run Dubai and Riyadh launches simultaneously?+
Yes — twin crews under one creative direction, localized protocol and Arabic-first MCing in Riyadh, one contract and one reconciliation. It’s become our most-requested format for regional rollouts.
How do you handle press and influencers?+
We build the physical machine — media wall, interview corner, b-roll positions, embargo-timed asset drops — and run logistics with your PR agency or our media partners. Same-night edit packages mean coverage lands while the story is still warm.
How is confidentiality protected before the reveal?+
NDAs across every crew, sealed fabrication bays, masked deliveries, covered rehearsals and a no-phones policy backstage. For automotive and tech clients we operate embargo protocols as standard, not as a favor.
What safety sign-offs does a reveal actually need?+
Any rigged reveal — kabuki, flown LED, lifts — needs risk assessments, method statements and venue or civil-defense coordination. Our in-house HSE division writes and files that pack, which is why our reveals don’t get stopped at inspection.
