Hybrid & virtual event production in Dubai & Saudi Arabia

Streams built like broadcasts — studio-grade cameras, dual-path encoding, bilingual program feeds and remote speakers who actually work — for audiences who could close the tab at any second.

Read-in The brief, decoded

Remote audiences owe you nothing. Earn the tab.

An online viewer is the world’s most honest critic: bad audio, a static wide shot or a fumbling remote speaker, and the tab closes without apology. Hybrid is not a webcam pointed at a conference — it’s a second event with its own director, pacing and grammar.

We produce hybrid and virtual events across the UAE and Saudi Arabia as broadcasts: multi-camera capture and vision mixing, platform operations on whatever your audience uses, remote presenter management with rehearsals and failovers, bilingual program feeds — and the edited session library that turns two live days into a year of content.

Scope What we deliver

Everything on one scope sheet

01

Format & audience design

What runs live, what runs pre-recorded, what the remote audience gets that the room doesn’t — decided upfront.

02

Studio design & builds

Branded broadcast corners in your venue or full studio configurations — lit and framed for the small screen.

03

Multi-camera capture & direction

A director cutting cameras to the content’s rhythm — because a single locked wide is where attention dies.

04

Streaming & platform operations

Teams, Zoom, webinar platforms or custom RTMP endpoints — configured, tested, operated.

05

Remote presenter management

Tech checks, hardwired connections where possible, backup dial-ins and a green-room producer who fixes humans.

06

Bilingual feeds & accessibility

AR–EN program feeds, interpretation audio channels and captioning options.

07

Audience interaction

Q&A, polls and moderated chat that make remote attendees participants, not spectators.

08

Rehearsals & failover

Full run-throughs, dual-path encoding and a rehearsed plan for every link that can break.

09

Recording & session libraries

Every session captured clean and delivered as an edited, chaptered library.

10

Analytics & reporting

Attendance, watch-time and drop-off data your sponsors and board can actually act on.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every stream

What does hybrid event production cost?+
Working brackets: a professionally produced webinar-grade session from AED 15–35k; a single-day broadcast-grade hybrid with multi-cam, graphics and platform ops AED 60–150k; multi-day congress streaming scales from there. The variable is broadcast ambition, not audience size.
Is hybrid actually worth the extra budget?+
As a live-viewer play, sometimes not — and we’ll say so. As a capture strategy, almost always: an edited, chaptered session library extends sponsor value and audience reach for a year. Decide what the stream is for, and the budget answers itself.
Which platform should we use?+
The one your audience already has: Teams or Zoom for internal, webinar platforms for registration-gated externals, custom players for brand-critical moments. We’re platform-agnostic operators — the production quality travels.
How do you stop remote speakers being a disaster?+
Ruthless preparation: scheduled tech checks, hardwired connections over hotel Wi-Fi, lighting and framing guidance, backup dial-in numbers, and a green-room producer managing the human twenty minutes before their slot. The disasters are all preventable; we prevent them.
What internet does the venue need?+
A dedicated, wired uplink for the primary encoder — we specify 20+ Mbps upload per HD program feed, tested at contract stage — with an independent bonded-cellular backup path. The house Wi-Fi is for delegates’ Instagram, not your broadcast.
Can you stream in Arabic and English simultaneously?+
Yes — dual program feeds with interpretation audio channels, language-split viewing links and bilingual lower-thirds. In this region that’s not a premium feature; it’s table stakes we’ve industrialized.
Who owns the recordings?+
You do — raw and edited masters delivered with full rights, chaptered for reuse. We can also cut the highlight, speaker-clip and sponsor packages that make the library earn its keep.
