Event HSE staffing & safety officers in Dubai & Saudi Arabia

NEBOSH- and IOSH-certified officers embedded in your build, show and derig — professionals who read production schedules as fluently as regulations, and enable safe speed instead of freezing it.

Read-in The brief, decoded

A generic safety officer stops the show. Ours keep it moving safely.

Events break generic safety officers. Trained on factories and fixed sites, they meet an overnight load-in — forty riggers, a hard curfew, three trades overlapping in one bay — and their only tool is the word ‘stop’. Event HSE is a different profession: enabling safe speed under broadcast-grade time pressure.

Our officers are certified (NEBOSH IGC as baseline, IOSH, first-aid trained) and event-literate: they run inductions and toolbox talks that crews respect, supervise permit-to-work for hot works and height, watch the high-risk hours, log near-misses that would otherwise vanish — and hold genuine stop authority they rarely need, because they were in the planning meeting.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every shift

When is a safety officer actually required at an event?+
Increasingly whenever risk concentrates: overnight builds, working at height, temporary structures, large crowds or venue mandates. UAE venues and authorities have moved fast on this — many now require a named, qualified officer for build phases as a condition of access. If you’re unsure, describe the event and we’ll tell you straight.
What qualifications do your officers hold?+
NEBOSH IGC as the baseline, with IOSH Managing Safely and first-aid certification; senior managers hold NEBOSH Diploma-level credentials with major-project backgrounds. Equally important: documented event experience — a qualification without load-in hours doesn’t survive one.
What does HSE staffing cost?+
Working brackets: certified safety officers AED 800–1,400 per shift depending on phase and hours; senior HSE managers AED 1,500–2,500. Multi-week builds and repeat programs price on schedule rates. It’s the cheapest insurance line on any production budget.
What does the officer actually do all day?+
Visible, useful things: morning inductions for new crew, toolbox talks per phase, permit-to-work issuance and checks, presence at rigging and height work, walkdowns with photo logs, near-miss capture, and the daily report. If your officer’s main output is sitting near the door, you hired the wrong kind.
Can your officers work under our company's name?+
Yes — white-label deployment in your PPE and paperwork is routine for agencies and contractors. The competence is yours to present; the accountability structure stays professional either way.
Do you replace the venue's safety staff?+
No — we complement them. Venue teams cover the house systems; our officers cover your production activities, contractors and schedule. The venues prefer it that way, and inspections go smoother when both sides are properly covered.
Can you provide HSE staff in Saudi Arabia?+
Yes — bilingual officers with KSA project experience, deployed for builds, shows and seasonal programs in Riyadh and Jeddah under GEA-aligned documentation. Gender-considerate team compositions are available where events require them.
