Read-in The brief, decoded

Your guests meet the staff before they meet the brand.

The first human your VIP encounters is not your CEO — it’s the host at the door. If that person doesn’t know the agenda, can’t pronounce the chairman’s name or is checking a phone, the event has already made its first impression. Staffing is not headcount; it’s casting.

We field trained event professionals across the UAE and Saudi Arabia — hosts and hostesses, registration and badging teams, brand ambassadors, promoters, ushers, VIP escorts and stage crew — selected for the audience, briefed in person before doors, uniformed to standard and supervised throughout. For KSA deployments, gender-considerate team compositions are available as a matter of course.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every roster

What do event staff cost in Dubai?+
Working brackets: hosts and ushers typically AED 45–80 per hour; registration and badging staff AED 55–90; supervisors and VIP escorts AED 90–150 — with four-to-six-hour minimums. Rates reflect briefing time and supervision, which is exactly what cheap staffing skips.
How are staff briefed on our event?+
In writing and in person: a briefing pack (agenda, names, FAQs, dress code) issued days ahead, a systems session where check-in tech is involved, and an on-site walk-through before doors. Your staff should answer guest questions correctly — that’s the test.
Can you cover last-minute requests?+
Usually, yes — 48–72 hours is workable for standard roles from our standby bench; complex briefs deserve a week. Every roster also carries planned cover, so a no-show is our problem before it becomes visible as yours.
What grooming and presentation standards apply?+
Documented and enforced: uniform fit and press, hair and grooming codes, phone and conduct policy, posture and greeting standards. Supervisors check at call time — before guests do.
Can you staff events in Saudi Arabia?+
Yes — Riyadh and Jeddah with Arabic-first teams and, where the event calls for it, all-ladies teams for female-side programming. Cultural protocol is part of the briefing, not an afterthought.
Do you provide staff to other agencies?+
Yes, white-label — your uniform, your client, our people and supervision. A large share of our staffing work never carries our name, which suits everyone.
Are your staffing arrangements compliant?+
Fully — personnel are engaged in line with UAE and KSA labor and permit requirements, with transparent rates and documented timesheets. If a request can’t be met compliantly, we’ll say so and propose what can.

Put the right faces at the front.

Send the date, the roles and the audience. You’ll receive profiles, rates and a supervision plan — usually within 48 hours.
