Read-in The brief, decoded

Sport brings the drama. We bring the broadcast discipline.

Sport is live in the truest sense: the whistle doesn’t wait for the graphics operator. Ceremonies must land between warm-ups; fan zones must swallow surges; the broadcast compound must be wired before rights-holders land. Our job is a venue that performs like a studio and empties like a stadium.

We deliver corporate sports days and city tournaments, combat-sport nights, endurance-event operations, and esports at LAN scale — stage pods, player tech, caster desks and stream pipelines — across the UAE and Saudi Arabia’s fast-compounding sports calendar.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every fixture

What does it cost to run a tournament or sports event?+
Scale and broadcast ambition set the budget. Working brackets: a corporate sports day from AED 80–200k; a city tournament with fan zone AED 300k–1M; broadcast-grade championship productions beyond that. Esports LAN finals price on player count, stage scale and stream complexity — from roughly AED 250k.
What does an esports event actually require?+
Tournament-grade PCs and peripherals, isolated low-latency networking, referee and admin operations, player pods with sightline control, observer and replay systems, caster production and a stream pipeline that holds bitrate. It’s broadcast television with a scoreboard — we build it as such.
Can you meet rights-holder and federation broadcast standards?+
Yes — compound design, camera plots, cabling and comms are built to the technical manual supplied, and we host the rights-holder’s site visit as a milestone, not a surprise.
How does accreditation work?+
We design the zone matrix with you — FOP, technical, press, hospitality, podium — then run application, vetting support, printing and scanned enforcement. One system from volunteer wristbands to VVIP passes.
How fast can a venue flip between ceremony and competition?+
Overnight is standard with the right crewing plan: ceremony strike, FOP install, and sign-off by sunrise. The trick is designing both states from day one so nothing built for the show blocks the game.
Are you set up for Saudi Arabia's sports calendar?+
Yes — GEA-approved delivery, Arabic-first staffing, and logistics tuned to KSA freight and customs timelines. The Kingdom’s calendar is compounding annually; we build event operations that scale with it.
Who handles medical and spectator safety?+
Our in-house HSE division plans field-of-play medical, spectator care ratios, and emergency response with the relevant authorities — documented, drilled and inspection-ready before the first whistle.
