Nobody publishes real numbers, so every buyer starts blind and every first meeting wastes an hour on the reveal. Here are the working brackets we quote against in 2026 — the same ranges printed on our service pages — with the honest caveat attached to each: these are planning brackets, and every project gets a fixed line-item quote after a brief. Prices in AED; Saudi projects price comparably in SAR with logistics adjustments.
The master table
| Format | Typical bracket | The real cost driver |
|---|---|---|
| Corporate conference (production side) | AED 250–700 per delegate; 300-pax single-day from ~120k | Staging scale, interpretation, hybrid capture |
| Gala dinner (all-in with venue F&B) | AED 350–900 per guest; production-only from 60k / 150 pax | Room, menu tier, entertainment |
| Product launch | Press reveal 80–150k · mid-scale 150–400k · flagship 400k–1.5M+ | Reveal mechanic, venue transformation, media program |
| Exhibition stand (custom build) | AED 1,200–2,800 per sqm; 36 sqm typically 55–110k ex-space | Finish level, tech, double-deck (+30–45%) |
| Drone light show | 150–200 drones from ~100–180k per night; 300–500 drones 250–500k | Fleet size, nights flown, site approvals |
| Luxury wedding (full production) | Overall budgets commonly 300k–2M+; planning-only from 25–40k | Guest count, venue tier, entertainment, days |
| Corporate AV package | 200-guest conference kit 35–90k · 500-guest with IMAG 90–200k | LED area, redundancy level, crew days |
| LED screen rental | ~AED 300–600 per sqm per event day, installed | Pixel pitch, rigging complexity, duration |
| Event staff | Hosts/ushers 45–80/hr · registration 55–90 · supervisors 90–150 | Briefing depth and supervision — the part cheap staffing skips |
| Event safety file (ESP + RAMS) | Single-task RAMS 2.5–5k · full mid-size file 12–35k | Task risk profile, authority stack |
What moves any number up or down
Season: October–December compresses everything in Dubai; Riyadh’s Season window (Oct–Mar) does the same to KSA vendor capacity — the identical event can vary 15–25% by calendar alone. Venue exclusivities: some hotels lock AV or F&B to house suppliers at house rates; read before you sign. Change orders: the drawings you freeze at T–60 are the budget; everything after is premium-priced by physics, not malice. Redundancy: the cheapest quote is usually the one that priced no backup for anything — ask what fails gracefully.
The questions that expose a padded quote
- “Show me this as line items, not a lump sum.” (Refusal is your answer.)
- “Which of these lines are estimates and which are fixed?”
- “What’s excluded that I’ll meet later?” — permits, insurance, overtime, and venue power are the classic ambushes.
- “Who writes the safety file, and is it priced in?” (Ours is in-house: event safety plans.)
Why we publish this
Because informed buyers make better clients, and because the brackets are only step one — the craft is in what a fixed quote protects you from. Every number above expands into detail on its service page: conferences, galas, stands, drone shows, weddings, AV. Or skip ahead: send the brief and get your number, fixed, in five working days.
