Read-in The brief, decoded

The journey is the reward.

An incentive group judges everything: the smoothness of arrivals, the room-drop gift, whether the desert camp felt curated or bussed-in. One clumsy transfer undoes a year of ‘you earned this.’ Most agencies split this work — a DMC for the ground, an event company for the gala — and the seams show. We run both on one itinerary.

We design and operate incentive programs, executive retreats, dealer conferences and full MICE movements across the UAE and Saudi Arabia: hotel contracting, fleets and hosts, experiences from dhow evenings to AlUla heritage, team formats that don’t feel like homework, and a production-grade finale night — because the last evening is the one they retell.

Scope What we deliver

Everything on one scope sheet

01

Program design & per-head costing

Itinerary architecture with honest per-person budgets — options tiered, trade-offs explicit.

02

Hotel contracting & rooming

Negotiated blocks, upgrade strategy and rooming-list management to the last late change.

03

Arrivals, transfers & fleet

Airport meet & greet, luggage logistics, and a fleet schedule with slack built where flights wobble.

04

Signature experiences

Desert camps, dhow and yacht evenings, AlUla and Diriyah heritage programs, Red Sea days — curated, not brochure-picked.

Safety is not a subcontract here

Every ORO project ships with its own HSE file — risk assessments, method statements and, where scale demands it, an embedded safety officer — prepared by our in-house HSE & sustainability division, not a third party found the week before doors.

Q&A Straight answers

Asked before every program

What should we budget per person?+
As a working bracket for the UAE: quality 3-night programs typically run AED 1,800–4,500 per person excluding international flights, driven by hotel tier, experience mix and the finale’s scale. KSA programs price similarly, with AlUla adding a premium. We tier options so the board sees choices, not one number.
What group sizes do you operate?+
From 25-person executive retreats to 1,200-delegate dealer movements. The operating model scales — host ratios, fleet size, desk hours — while the standard stays fixed.
Is Saudi Arabia really ready for incentive groups?+
Yes — and it’s the freshest reward in the category. eVisas cover most major markets, hotel stock in Riyadh and Jeddah has matured, and AlUla and Diriyah deliver genuine once-in-a-lifetime material. We run it with native teams, so it feels curated rather than pioneering.
How do you handle visas?+
We map entry requirements per nationality on your manifest, provide documentation guidance and timelines, and flag the cases needing lead time. Formal visa issuance rests with authorities and your travelers’ sponsors — we make sure nobody discovers a problem at the airport.
How far ahead should we book?+
Ninety days for a smooth mid-size program; six months for peak season (October–April) or large groups, when hotel blocks and desert camps genuinely sell out. Shorter is achievable — it just spends money to buy back time.
Can you run programs during Ramadan?+
Yes, and thoughtfully — adjusted day rhythms, iftar and suhoor formats as cultural centerpieces, and activity selection that respects the season. Some of our most memorable programs have been built around it, not despite it.
Why combine DMC and event production in one partner?+
Because the seam between ‘ground handling’ and ‘the gala’ is where incentive trips fail — two schedules, two crews, one confused hotel. One itinerary, one control desk, one accountable team removes the seam entirely.

Reward them properly.

Send the group size, the dates and what these people did to earn it. You’ll have a program concept with per-head brackets within five working days.
